Q: Why was I charged "Shipping" when I downloaded the product(s)?
A: When you check out through our store, you have two options, which you must select form:  to download the product only or to download the product and have a backup disc sent to your home (which we recommend).  If you chose to have a backup disc sent to your home, you will still receive the access to the download.  So, while you may have also downloaded the program, the charge for shipping is still applied and the disc is still sent out. 

Q: What is "Extended Download Service"
A: This optional, non-refundable fee is for setup in our Extended Download System, which allows you to re-download your purchased product(s) days, weeks, or even years after your order using your email address and the last four digits of your credit card.
