If your password is not accepted:

Before going any further, make sure you are entering it exactly as shown, upper case letters where upper case letters are shown (if any), and that one * appears in the password field for each character you enter.  If that does not fix it, please follow these detailed steps.

If you are having trouble downloading, installing, or entering your password here are the most basic steps to double-check:

PLEASE make sure you follow each of these steps, and in order, even though you might have done some of it already. Sometimes a corrupt download can cause trouble with the password or installation later, so PLEASE do each one.

1) First make sure you have the right download link and the correct password. Please refer to the email that was sent to you at the time of your order. If you no longer have a copy of this email, you can find out your password and download location using our Order Lookup system here:

Click Here To Use the Lookup System

2) Before downloading, it is best to clear Internet Explorer's temporary files. To do so, use the "Tools" menu within IE and select "Internet Options...". From the window that comes up when you do so, select "Delete Files..." in the Temporary Internet Files section. This could take a minute to complete its work if you have a lot of stale files.

3) If you have any trial or evaluation version of the program on your computer, use the Add/Remove Programs tool in your Control Panel to remove it first. If the case of MemTurbo or Cliptrakker, before doing so right-click on their tray icon by your clock if present and pick Close to ensure the program is not running when you try to close it.

4) Put the filename of the download into the Address bar of your browser (or better yet, click on the link that comes up from the Order Lookup system page) to start the download.

5) When the download completes, select Open or Run to begin the installation.

6) When prompted to enter your password, make sure you enter it EXACTLY. If a letter in your password is upper case, it must be entered that way. In other words, if your password contains the letter "A", typing "a" will NOT work. If your password is hidden when you type, make sure one * appears for each character you type. If your password contains numbers, we recommend NOT using the numeric keypad to enter them and using the number keys across the top of the keyboard instead.

If you have trouble with any of these steps, please let us know specifically which steps you followed, and where you encoutered problems.
