My order was declined, yet there are charges showing on my credit card statement?
 
 

The charges that show up on your online statement are ONLY authorizations and will drop off within a couple of days, if not sooner. When you tried to place your order we first authorize the card to make sure that the address and expiration dates matches your credit card billing address (this is called AVS) and that the CVV2 code matches. In your case something did not match so we were unable to successfully charge your card. To place an order please contact us directly at 1-877-636-8872.


Why is my order "not found" on your lookup page?
